All your songs are saying all the same things as the religious community just using different words. Worshipping, praising, begging for an outside force to take you away from your shitty life, yet it doesn’t, the difference please? You are continuing what religion has done by perpetuating the same crimes, belief in the first instance.
There is no future in belief folks, not one that is different to the past. You know this as I do, the evidence of the harmful examples and outcomes in this world is saturating the world.
A future, a different one, comes from me and you being who we are, starting by understanding that begins with being the animal, just another animal. When you understand this the world opens up to you, your life is simplified even though it feels more complicated at times. Freedom comes from being what you are, nothing else, belief is not a requirement in freeing yourself from yourself, knowing is the only tool.
Your songs are questions you are asking yourself, your prayers those same questions too, the answers can only come from within you. Learn to listen, pay attention and you will hear the harm in your words. You will see the current environment you live in which you say is better than the last is the same violence perpetuating the same violence, ignorance.
Ignorance, we understand this now? Speaking without understand what the words coming out of our mouths mean. For instance, medicine community, drugs versus medicine, when all medicines are drugs and not all drugs are medicines. Basic understanding of terminology should be your first step in removing belief from your system.
A second tool to achieving understanding is nearly equally as important, breaking through pride. To suddenly be reading a dictionary or other simple tool to learn the words you use all the time to then understand you use them very very incorrectly is humbling. Try it, because it is also a lot of fun when you learn to laugh at all the oops’s you end up saying to yourself.
Example, spritual world, singing to a plant, the earth, the sky, sun, whatever, is no different to singing to a supreme being. Yes, there is more truth in that you can observe that world, but there is no more truth in this either when the religous folk observe it as the wholeness and prefection of their creator being their observation. Understand how simple this is, yeah? That your discriminating based on a guess, belief, is the same as they do, uh huh? Great, we can move forward, understand each other.
