Obesity is many diseases, there is a bucketload of shit going on here, all of it you can see and feel. You see and feel i yet you doing nothing about it. Nothing about it and complain about other’s lifestyles when you are a lazy fat mess. Your lazy fat messness shows you that your lifestyle is aboslutely wrong.
You cannot argus with me that you work hard when your work is sitting at a desk never moving your body. Well, you do, move it to the meeting room then sit, move it to the car then sit, move it to lunch then sit, move it back to the car then sit. You go home, you sit. There is nothing hard work in this, nothing but lazyness, all you do is sit all day with your mouth open like a zombie, generally putting food worse than the shit actually zombies eat into your mouth.

What were we doing in 1970 that was so much different to now? I’ll answer for you, spending time outside, fucking hell it is funny.
The shit people are trying to do these days so they don’t have to do anything for themselves and then somehow have the nerve to bitch and moan about their shitty health, somehow blame everyone else. Somehow doing all this when they haven’t got off the couch in six weeks, eat nothing but shit, barely remember what fruit and vegetables look like, basically drink the lard they cook their rubbish food, and then complain about others being the problem for their health.
Australians, do you know how to read a food label? What to look for, the key four headings to go to, only four? The numbers to look at in those headings? Do you know this?
If your answer is no and you are looking into every fad, pill, pick me up and fucking miracle cure you are an ignorant fat fuck, you are a disease, the ultimate disease. The disease that is the symbol of these times, just adipose tissue and nothing else. That you cannot see yourself with your own eyes and do something about you, not even get our of the house for 30 minutes a day shows you how fucking mentally sick you are, how confused you are.
Mental illness, this term just means confusion, nothing else. Mental health equals confusion, the simple definition. If you cannot see how unhealthy you are while you bang on about other’s unhealthy habits you are the sickest of sick. I’m saying this for you to understand, so you cannot get it our of your head, the repetition is necessary.
Reading a food label for almost every Australian adult is no problem, none. It is absolutely simple. So simple in fact that myself and some other beautiful people, Alana for one, taught this skill to primary school kids who were only just learning to read, we taught it to Aboriginal people with little education, to refugees who have just arrived and knew almost no English, whole groubs of people with learning difficulties picked it up.
Almost anybody can learnb this, almost, I said almost, there are exceptions.

Five minutes education and you will understand why weetbix is a great breakfast cereal and nutri-grain is terrible. You will learn things like the salt content in most of your dried foods is killing your arteries, the high fat foods you consume plays a massive part in that floppy skin hanging where your triceps should be, that you do not even need to read labels for things like fruit and vegetables, you can fill the fuck out of your belly with these things and still lose that extra skin.

Took our team about 15 minutes to educate the refugee groups on the basics of label reading, the basics being the only thing you need, KISS.
When this group got it, understood, learned what is in the foods on the shelves in the supermarket they were livid. Like livid. Grateful to us, but livid at Australia. How can they do this? How can they put this rubbish on the shelves and call it food? How? How? How? How can that shit be so cheap and this great stuff be so expensive, how? HOW?

Screens versus the outdoors
Back to the numbers, between 1990 and 2000 there was a massive jump in overweight and obese people in Australia. Could have been a few things contributing but only one stands out above all others.
Can you also see through the numbers that from 2000 to 2022 overweight and obesity is speeding up still? 2000 to 2007, seven years, an increase of 1%. 2007 to 15, eight years, increased by 2.4%. 2015 to 2022, seven years, increased by 2.4% too but with one year less time included. The trend is not getting better.
The change from actually having to do something to do something to having do nothing to do something. Screens, televisions, mobile phones, consumption of media which is designed as nothing but a distraction, this includes every job that sits at a screen. You not only spend eight hours a day working from a screen, you then spend another eight staring mindlessly at one consuming absolute rubbish non-stop.
The first eight hours were mindless too, the most mindless.
You are the problem, you fat screen addicted wasteful piece of shit. Your addiction is the most wasteful, updating the computer every year, new phone, bigger television, more and more shit, bigger distraction after bigger distraction simply so you never have to be with yourself, it is sad how much you hate yourself.
Have you ever worked in the public service, any of them? It is where souls go to dies, every one working in this environment. It is one of the most ignorant of ignorant industries, it has to be, it represents the government. Privilieged people with their mouths hanging open, staring a screen, forcing policy down people’s throat when they have no idea what it means to the people it affects.
The public service is the sewer of this country, only shit can work and stay here. By shit, the most incompetent people who have ever joined the workforce, all of them, from the top to bottom.
Back to the start, screens and sitting on your arse doing nothing caused the greatest spike in overweight and obesity. Screens take people away from the outdoors, get people hooked on the most pathetic rubbish an eye can watch and then the results are obvious, the adipose to screen ratio is beyond doubt, numbers do not lie.
Role modelling
Parents you are the problem here, that you cannot look at your current lifestyle and reflect is who you are.
My older brother Danyel, this is where he is a fantastic parent, better than my other two siblings. He is great in this space. His kids do not just play sport and exercise, keeping themselves fit while he lies on the couch and does nothing but tell them to go and exercise. No, he is almost as equally active as his boys, he role models, looks after his body/physcial health in general.
Most of you do not. You sit on your arse, getting fat, telling your kids to do everything, exercise, stay fit, if they don’t blah blah.
What you need to say to your children to really put the fear of God into them is if you don‘t exercise you’ll become the same fat mess as me.
If you are fat and your child becomes a fat adult it is your fault no matter how much exercise and sport you made them do. You are their role model, sitting on the couch being an obese pig is the only thing that your children are learning, how to be a hypocrite.
You know this. Your parents did the same thing, they were not nearly as disgustingly unhealthy as you but they were starting to be. Now, you have taken their unhealthy levels and fucking fed it steroids. You, as your parents did, now sit on your arse and tell your kids what to do over and over, all shit you are not doing yourself.
What you tell your kids to do means nothing, it is what they see, experience and witness that drives them, not the lies that come out of your mouth. If you do not exercise, if you are fat, your words mean nothing to your child, nothing at all. They see through your hypocritical lifestyle, and only see you, this is what they become.
Chips off the old block, in otherwise a lazy fat mess, just like you.
The mental health crisis
I have mentioned this before, 43% of Australian people will report a personal mental health crisis in their lifetime. This number is just dumb, absolutely dumb. Particularly when the simplicity of available data does not need to come from subjective data, the actual number starts with evidence.
2022, 65.8% of Australian people were overweight or obese. Obesity is the pinnacle of mental health diseases, it is the most dominant of them all, the worst of them all, yet we are not aloud to talk about it, I am not allowed to tell you that you are fat. Fuck off ignorant fat cunt, you are a stain on this country, all 65.8% of you.
A minimum, absolute minimum of 65.8% of Australians are currently, not will report, are currently experiencing a mental health crisis. Then on top of this is the non-obese people, cigarette smokers, which includes me, 11.1%, this is also a mental health issue. Now, at minimum, 76.9% of Australians are experiencing a mental health crisis. Now we add other addictions too, both cigarettes and obesity are addictions, mental health issue. Then we add other mental health conditions.
Back to cigarettes, these things don’t make you a lazy fat cunt. Out of the 11.1% smokers reported, lots will be fat, so the 76.9% is not correct, it’ll be less but it will still be well above 65.8%, our starting point of unequiviocal evidence of the mental health crisis in Australia. Cigarettes do not stop me from running, walking up a big hill, walking in general, lifting heavy shit, gardening, working on my property, being active in anyway. You have seen my body, and I have already written some of my physical capabilities, unequivocal evidence that if you are not a lazy piece of shit cigarettes do not stop you from being fit.
Fat people, obesity, not one of you are fit, not one, the evidence is absolutely confirmed, repeated on every test available. If you are overweight, not even obese, just overweight how far can you run without stopping? The couch to 5km training, can you run the 5km in under 30 minutes? Can you run? How many breaks do you need to walk up 100 stairs? Can you even lift your own body weight? 10 situps? One?
Etcetera etcetera. Are you starting to understand through your ignorance? Through what you think something should be? Are you able to see what is?
If not, learn to study rather than listen to your idiot mates who have absolutely no idea. Learn to study simply means just know basic data on what byou are talking about, for example the data in this example.
Exercise
I’m not going to bang on about exercise yet, I’m going to help you to understand it.
Running, walking, gym, sweating arses off, screaming, yelling, being in a hell of pain. Exercise does not sound like fun, but this is because you are too simple to understand it, exercise is much more than this crap.
Exercise literally means to move your body. The moment you move, the very instant, your heart goes up. This is the point of exercise. You get off the couch and your heart rate goes up, you are using more energy than before, it requires more oxygen.
What do you enjoy? I’ll answer for me, being in the great outdoors, groundskeeping, looking after the space I am in, gardening, dancing, going to the gym, scrambling through the bush, foraging for mushrooms, kayaking on the lake, swimming in the sea and the list goes on and on and on.
What do you notice about every one of these activities? They require bodily movement, lots of them, almost every muscle, plus, to me, they are all fun. All of this is how I exercise. I very rarely put myself through dedicated exercises sessions these days, almost none at all, but I do all the above, I love doing all the above. I don’t even know I am exercising until I look at myself in the mirror and say holy fuck mate, your body is looking fantastic.
This is the basics of exercise, moving your body. The more muscles you use the more energy your body will use, the more oxygen it requires. The harder you work at an activity, again the energy and oxygen is increased again. To make exercise habitual, something you do regularly, it only needs to be the shit you enjoy. Going to a gym when you are afraid of the people in there, which you have every right to be can be very intimidating, is not going to get you enjoying this thing when your love is tending to your vegetable patch.
Tend the patch, watch your body change and then think about the gym. The initial changes and improvement in health, the beauty you start to see in the mirror, brings confidence and helps to gain the motivation to step into challenging scenarios.
The above paragraph is one of the simple solutions to the mental health crisis, and obesity. Simply start to find things you enjoy, do them, and look at your body change. Your view of yourself will change from a version of worthless to one of worth, your whole approach to life improves, your role modelling starts to have less hypocrisy involved. Steps to solve the mental health issue.
The major steps in fixing ourselves are these simple things, simple things that add up to a basic way that is accessible to everybody to get fit without using anything but what they currently have.

A few more statistics, an example of how to expand your research skills to understand the numbers a little bit better.
Research, start with the basics on the given topic, the peer reviewed data, the evidential data. Look up peer reviewed data for yourself, what it is and the importance. Briefly it makes sure that a study is consistent and repeatable, ensures it is not a moron making shit up and people believing them. Do I hear a murmor or three of anti-vaxxers here? Story time;
I was in Stanthorpe a couple of years ago, looking for like-minded people to hang out with. I asked at the local hippie shop, the lady pointed me to a Saturday night gathering just outside of town. Fire, music, like-minded conversation, exactly what you are after buddy.

The conversation is going, about thirty minutes in, it’s nice. Then everyone starts talking about COVID, I say, ‘I had three shots.’ Everyone looked at me like I had just eaten their babies, it was amazing. Then it started, all the rubbish.
I engaged in the conversation, literally and actually one against 20, the toughest one they ever fought. Throwback to an old joke.
None of the rubbish that came out of their mouths mattered, it was ignorant bullshit, they were only seeing what they want to see.
Sidetrack, a ridiculously ignorant woman Cat I supported in a medicine session. She believes that while the COVID vaccination kills people, her example being a perfectly healthy 90 year-old woman who died after the jab cigarettes do not. In fact, to her, it is merely a belief that tobacco kills, despite all the evidece, the myriads of peer-reviewed studies, the data, numbers, it is a belief. What an absolute fucking moron, so many anti-vaxxers too, so many vaxxers equally.
Everything they said my argument remained the same, ‘you show me the peer-reviewed data supporting your argument, let me show you mine and we will have a discussion then.’ It was not in their realms of any thought to provide this data, to read the data provided.
Ths scientiest, this absolute pathetic ignoramous, a bloke of ccourse, just kept saying, ‘this one bloke found this and this happened.’ I repetitively asked this scientist the same question, ‘do you have peer-reviewed evidence to support this, or just this one guy saying this thing.’
I made it so clear that the only thing he needed to do was present peer-reviewed evidence, the absolute thing scientists base their whole careers on, it is their career, and this moron would not even entertain the thought of bringing such material into the conversation.

I laughed, really properly in front of all of them, one against 20 and I lauighed at them all said thank you and stood to leave. The orgabiser, the owner of the fruit shop, asked me what did you expect coming here to a like-minded gatherting. My answer, ‘to me, like-minded is people who can have an open conversation, who can use their brains to talk about a topic and don’t just rely on absolute ignorance in everything they say.’

The population of Australia 1970 was approximately 12.3 million people. 15% of these people were overweight or obese.
Today the population of Australia is approximately 26.7 million people. 65% are overweight or obese.
Math time, I’m fucking awesome at this, let me help you. But first, can you see what number we are rooting for here? The total number of people in Australin society who were/are overweight/obese.
The first thing we do with percentages is work out what 1% of a number is. 1% can be represented in multiple ways; 1/100, .01, it all actually means that this is one part out of 100.
So divide your big number in each year by 100 to start with, this gives you one single part of the whole number.
12.3million (12,300,000) divided by 100 is 123,000. One single percent, one part, of 12.3 million is 123 thousand.
Next, 26.7 million (26,7000,000) divided by 100 is 267,000. One percent, one single unit, of 26.7 million is 267 thousand.
Next step, times it by how many parts you need. Equation one, 15% of the population fit our study category so we times/multiply 123,000 by 15 and we get answer one.
In the year 1970 in Australia a total of one million eight hundred and forty-five thousand Australians were overweight or obese, 1,845,000.
In the year 2025, today, using the same math we go to equation two. 267,000 times/multiplied by 65 parts.
Today in Australia 17,355,000 people are overweight or obese. 17 million three hundred and fifty-five thousand people out of 26.7!
Is there anything more disgusting in the whole world than these numbers? No there is not, you cannot fucking argue with me in anything I am saying you fat ignorant cunts Australia.
What happened the first spike between 1970 and 1990, the big thing that happened, the number one thing that caused this spike above all others. There are two actually. The accessibliliy/affordability of cars and the introduction of the colour television, the introduction of affordable television.

Type 2 Dia-fucking-betes
When I say obesity is many things it is because it is, it also leads to many things, things specific to fat things.
Fatties, you and me are going to talk about our physical shell, the cooking place will educate on food. You’ll find the unsaturated fat conversation over there rather than here when I get around to writing it. I said it would be here, it won’t, it’s clear how these two headings are evolving.
Type 2 diabetes this is a disease for fat people from priviliged worlds. It is also a disease for fat people who are the victims of those privileged greedy worlds. I shouldn’t need to expand this to spell it out for you but I will, it’s kind of fun, well of course it is, I wouldn’t be doing it if it wasn’t.
Diabetes is absolutely running wild in Australia, affluence brings this, but also the cost of that affluence. Affluence means wealth. The shit on our supermarket shelves that we can use a gold coin to buy is what people who have little purchase, this rubbish is generally pumped full of sugar, salt, fat and all the things a mouth loves, absolutely eats up, cannot get enough of. These things are mouth pleasers. Teasers is a better word, they alway tease, never appease.
Another word for appease is satiated, you have probably heard this term, it means full satisfied belly. How satiated are you post a McDonalds session and for how long? It’s because these things, these burgers are not food, they are confectionary made to look like food. The problem is most do not know they are confectionary. The sugar in a McDonalds burger bun is outrageous, it is there to get you hooked, it does nothing for your physical health except take it away from you.
Cigarette tax and no pretend food tax, or real education on these horrible organisations at least. This is the affluence abusing those that are not, knowing full well the cost, long-term cost of that abuse to the whole world.
How many hospital hours and sick days from work are attributed to t2d (type 2 diabetes)? I do not want to look it up. You know, the only thing you have to do to reverse the effects of this disease, this disease you did to yourself, is undo it? Lose 10% of your current body weight, and it starts to reverse, it can be reversed completely, gone. You have to do it for yourself though, no medication can fix this one, just getting off your arse and eating better food.
T2d is caused when the pancreas, a gland in the body, starts to malfunction. In t2d it is stressed so much that it breaks down, stops working, and now a patient needs to be supplemented with insulin to process the glucose (another word for sugar) in their blood. Glucose, fructose, sugar, honey, golden syrup, raw syrup, himalayaen special sweet sauce made from the fruits of the Eden of Life shrub, yep, all different words for sugar. There are fuckloads more.
The pancreas produces insulin, hence when it is stressed and fatigues it is generally because the pancreas just cannot produce enough insulin to keep up with demand anymore. Ever worked a chainsaw or any power tool to absolute exhaustion, demanded way too much from it? It starts to grumble, grind, and then if you keep pusing it it just stops. Same process. Demand in this case though being the shit you put into your body, the sugar based shit, a whole lot of your diet.
The pancras never gives up completely until it does, when it does you’re fucked really, insulin forever, just like type one diabetes. These poor cunts. It’s an embarrasment that people fight their whole life to stay alive when they are born with this disease. They can do nothing about it, you can, you don’t, embarrassing, the human condition, fucking laziness.
While the pancreas hasn’t completely given up you can still save it, there is still potential you will be able to remove your reliance on insulin supplemented into your body. But you have to change your lifestyle, jesus christ people, so simple.
10% of your current body weight, I’ve taught you how to do this math elsewhere, 10% and you will start to see huge massive differences in every single part of your life, especially your type two diabetes, and of course your waistline.
Actually, I’ll help you here, we can make the math to find 10% easy for you. I weigh 84 kilograms, to make the sum easy we need to add a decimal point after the weight and add one more number, a 0. 84.0 kilograms I weigh, you may weigh 64.7 kilograms. All we do to find 10% is move the decimal point to the left one place. This will make 10% of 84.0 kilograms 8.4 kilograms. For 64.7 it makes 10% 6.47 kilograms. If I had diabetes my starting point to reverse it would be to lose 8.4 kilograms.
Morbid obesity is a similar process to the pancreas in this example. The receptor, signal receiver, in the stomach which notifies the brain it is full stops working, so much stops working in these people that it starts to do the opposite, keeps tellling they need food non-stop. This is a very distant path for most, not beyond reach but distant, the point where you stop telling yourself you are full not so much, it’s not far away for many.
A very dangerous point I would imagine.

So, part A of fixing the obesity crisis in Australia is moving your body for 30 minutes every day. That is it, you can find it, start there. But thirty minutes, travel time does not count unless you are moving your body to make that travel happen.
It does not matter what you do, try everything until you find something. Or, just, keep doing everything, something new everyday, if that’s what you enjoy. Meet all types of people, attend shit you never imagined, you might even find yourself enjoying yourself. Shock fucking horror, I am having fun and losing weight, it is possible. I just had to stop listening to dim wits and dumb shit’s.

Bullwinkle

There is a beautiful dog here, Bullwinkle, we call him Bull, much more simple. A 21 kilogram staffy, beautiful beautiful animal, huge brown eyes. Bull never really turns his head to look up, it is always angled slightly to the ground. He looks at you in this way, the big beautiful brown eyes looking up, head tilted, it is really beautiful.
He is overweight, yep. Well looked after but in his normal environment things getting lying around. Things, such as 12 sausages that were left on the hot plate to cool down while five us tripped balls on ketamine together. By the time we were reasdy to eat Bull had already eaten.
He forgot one, I threw it in the fire before he could get to it. Bull, as you might understand, was very happy with himself through all this.
I love walking him, all animals, just having one around I need no motivation to exercise it. It needs exercise, I have committed to looking after so I am going to look after. Food, the same. I treat Bull’s food the same as mine, bit of variety, read labels, get the best tucker available.
I know nothing, well very little about a dog’s diet. I know the most likely scenario for your dog having shit teeth is the dry food you give it. Not that you give it dry food, I’m talking about what you give it. The cheap rubbish is filled with fillers, we’ll talk more about this, it is the same thing to a dog as rice bubbles and coco pops is to us, full of useless shit but kind of looks like food. Meat, dogs need real meat, they need bones.
Big big difference however, you eat the rubbish for breakfast, it may be all your dog eats. I eat this rubbish too, but not for food, munchie snacks, can always guarantee the milk is at least great.
There is real meat in good dog food, protein level should be high. To know this though you have to know how to read the label, what the words mean, is what I am giving to my dog benefitting it. Same for you buddy, same shit happens to your food, label reading is a brilliant tool to have.
I talk about it more with the cooks, I want to bring it to your attention too.
Knowing the ingredients in your food is both easy and not easy. It is not easy because most will need some type of a magnifying glass to read the words, ridiculous. The easy part, ingredients in the product you buy, I am going to hope this is the same for your dog food, is listed in order of how much is in the product.
The ingredient dominating mostly is listed first, the one in least quantity, last. Looking at cereals you will start to understand how important this tool can be, you’ll learn that Nutri-Grain is 24% sugar, just sugar, sugar is listed third. Things like a can of coke, 375ml can of coke, contains just shy of 40 grams of sugar, equivalent to 10 teaspoons, listed only second to water.
You will start to learn that all those fancy words in the ingredients are just alternative ways to say preservative, it will encourage you to learn what preservatives are and how they impact our bodies. You will learn saturating your diet with preservatives is a devil to losing weight and for good health.
Most words you will know, you’ll be understandably surprised when sugar comes close to, or even out dominates, oats in your muesli bars, when there is little yoghurt in your yoghurt.
I cannot emphasise label reading as a tool enough. I have no words to implore you to the level I am trying to. Please do, please really really do learn to read a food label it can literally, actually, completely change your world.
Eye Sore
Diabetes can result in some pretty serious outcomes, one can lose limbs, no exaggeration. Obesity too people, it is unlikely you will be obese and not diabetic, at least exhibit the early signs.
Healthy Living NT (HLNT) were originally funded to deal with the growing diabetes population in the Darwin in surrounds area. Over time adding health promotion, cardiac, dietetic and now, psychology disciplines. The last one was a new addition when I was leaving, the organisation found it difficult to fill the position.
So, when I tell you one can lose limbs, I mean people absolutely do lose limbs. Every single day I was in the HLNT office and had anything to do with customers could almost guarantee one would be missing a limb or more.
65% or Australian people are overweight or obese, 65% of Australians are at high to severe risk of having type 2 diabetes.
One of the early diabetic signs is constant numbing and tingling in the extremities, the fingers and toes. Cuts and knicks will take longer to heal than usual. This occurs because there is restricted blood flow throughout the whole body, the restriction reduces blood flow over all. The body prioritises where to reduce blood to based on need. The bodies need, not our preference. Fingers and toes to a body are nowhere near as important as the brain, heart, lungs, spleen, everything the machine needs to run.
Your fingers go first, or toes, gang green when it starts get bad. You would have heard the gang green term, know it is disgusting and refused to look at photos. Do not blame you, it is grosse, you have diabetes and do not manage it you are heading towards this outcome.
Complete lower limbs, full legs, arms, hands, other bits and pieces, I have seen them all removed. I have seen every single one of these examples come through the doors of HLNT on a weekly basis. It definitely happens, the professionals are not lying to you about the serious of your condition.
Eyes, more important than hands but not as important as your tongue, lungs and kidneys, they go next, you go blind. Once you are blind from the escalation of diabetes you are blind for the rest of your life. There is absolutely no unblinding yourself without, of course, another miracle of science.
Diabetes is serious business, particularly type two which you can absolutely do something about before it does any of the above to you.

Do we need to go into more details on the technicalities of t2d? Or do we want to start doing something that does something about it? Expand a little in the process.

Type 2 diabetes, a symptom is the restriction of blood flow to the extremeties, again fingers and toes to start with. The moment you stand up from your seat, as mentioned too, your heart rate goes up. You may not feel it go up but you know it does because your breath also changes slightly.
Your heartbeat, every single heartbeat, comes out through your mouth. Never ever are we silent, not for a moment. Continuously talking, making noise, communicating every breath whether we are aware or not.
Your mouth expresses every heartbeat; fast or slow, calm or erratic, easy or stressed. Listen to yourself breathe, you will understand immediately that you are listening to your heart express itself. When you talk, you express your heart, whether it is stressed or not, you cannot hide it, I cannot hide it, it cannot be hidden.
So, we move, our heart beats a little faster, our breath also comes a little quicker.
The quickening of the breath leads to another immediate effect, additional blood being pumped around your body. You move more, move faster, involved more muscles, add some weight, the heart has to work harder again.
The heart is a muscle, it needs to be worked to become stronger. The only way to achieve the strengthening is through moving your body, no other strategy works. The harder the heart works the stronger it becomes.
However, if you are not ready for your heart to work hard because you do not have a fitness base, start slowly, build up. First walk, one minute, failure.
Fuck off mate, how many minutes did you walk yesterday? Zero, exactly. Today you walked one minute, brilliant, maybe have one less muesli bar today too. Absolutely brilliant.
Tomorrow I walk for one minute again, don’t add the extra muesli bar, great. The next day, repeat, repeat, repeat.
I have done this for a week, I have met my goal of starting exercise. I reckon I can walk for five minutes today, no food changes, the only change is four minutes to last week.
This persons heart from having no fitness foundation is already functioning considerably better than it was a week ago. This person can see this change when they check their pulse, they notice it the most when they stand up from their chair. Suddenly there is little pain, my breath barely changes, I want to go for a walk.
For the first time in a long time I start to look at myself in the mirror, I see the miraculous, my body is looking better than yesterday. My motivation to continue is right in front of my face, this beautiful thing I barely recognise staring back at me, my own smile.
Moving your body and increasing blood flow go together, diabetes or not, find a way to add it to your life. The above example they’re now considering joining a walking group, entering the door of their first gym, looking up social sport teams on the internet.
More importantly, they have lost 10% of their body weight, the doctor tells them to keep doing whatever they are doing, you’ll be off the medication soon.
Out of all the rubbish I have written in the last six or seven chapters, it comes down to asking you to understand one simple concept.
Heart rate equals breath rate equals blood squirting. More power in the blood being pushed the farther it can move, a healthy heart is a strong heart, a strong heart pushes blood everywhere at all times.
If you are overweight, not even obese, if you are overweight you do not have a strong heart! Argue all you want, you do not.
A strong heart is a surefire way to fix many many things, including both type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Still Froffin?
Are you continuing to froff from me getting into your weak heart? It’s true buddy, froth away.
I couldn’t say th, as in froth, until I was in my early 20s. Mumbled incessantly until my early 30s. Could not look a man in the eye until 35. It was hard, my tongue just would not get around things unless I really concentrated. I practiced and practriced until I got it right, until naturally there were more froths than froffs.
To hear me now would be a difficult thing for youn to believe I talked like this. Absolutely true.
Adam’s Pa, Grandpa, gave me the nickname mumbles. Adam’s Dad started calling me it. Adam and Batterz started calling me it, and pretty soon I was working for Briggs 10 years later and Briggs is calling me it.
It was probably the harshest nickname I received simply because it was an extremely sensitive topic to me. I tried so hard to say words I couldn’t but others did so easily I almost sent myself insane. Not joking at all, nobody in my family knew what was happening in my head from the age of eight to 12. It was terribly difficult.
I could not understand why I could not say supposed, I could only say spos’d. I repeated it for hours, days, tried to get it right until it filled my head and would not leave. Just fucking spos’d repeating without rest, all through the night, at school, footy training, everywhere.
Eventually it started coming out of my mouth correctly, I took pressure off myself and the repetition removed itself from my life. However, it was that strong it still occasionally pops in, I can deal with it now, but it is another form of trauma we deal with. The pressure we put on ourselves to fit in.
I’m not asking you to fit in, in fact I prefer you do not fit into the current world. It is hard to be alone but it is also world changing, you have the opportunity to come to know yourself intimately. And you buddy, just like me, are beautiful.
I want you to be healthy so you can explore that beauty, nothing else.
Obesity it also contributes to a weak heart, weak organs in general. Adipose tissue will build up in the common places we know about, arms, abdomens, butts, thighs. Fat also builds up in a more harmful way and in a manner which cannot be seen with the naked eye.
The excess tissue looks for places it can store itself, where there is room, also the conditions to convert easily the stuff in your diet into the adipose form it can use in storage. Places with good blood flow are great for this, snugging up against important things ideal.
Fat will store around your major organs, spleen, liver, kidneys, pancreas, heart. The additional matter stresses the organ by putting pressure on it as it grows, or in this case the cells continue to accumulate and the patch becomes larger.
The pressure by itself stops the heart from being able to function to its full capacity, or alternatively, kind of like the pancreas, it needs to work harder to maintain that capacity, it is stressed beyond capacity and for too long.
This type of stress, the ongoing type where the organ, heart, does not get to rest is unhealthy, it is called chronic stress. The same as chronic, ongoing, pain. The heart can wear out and become weak.
I guarantee you buds, if you have excess fat around your heart, or your organs, you have a weak heart. It is not designed for this.
The heart is designed to rest, move, rest, move, rest, move, rest, move. It is this cycle that allows it to recover, mend, in between moving sessions, exercise sessions. Recovery is required for healing, it is required to bring the resources back that the heart requires to be able to repeat these activities. During the rest period everything else is doing the same.
If an organ cannot rest fully it cannot heal fully, it can never recover to points where your energy levels return to something that resembles energy in your life.
Like, I really don’t see the point for you to froth at all to be honest. I loved the nickname mumbles, it was absolutely true, I could not argue, I worked on it all day every day. The nickname helped me to normalise it a little, take it a little more lightly, have fun with it.
Everyone would start to laugh when I mumbled after being called Mumbles, it was great, I laughed too. I picked up on my mumbling more, was able to make some fantastic changes. Maybe I’ll YouTube again, you can hear it for yourself.

All shapes and sizes
Even peacocks come in all shapes and sizes, more so when a peacock is actually a real-life peacock, the bird type. Peacocks see a lot of different in another peacock that a person doesn’t, they see all the uniqueness.
Happened today, last week, a few weeks ago, January, more times. A beautiful young woman who works at the Bays Kitchen. A beautiful young woman who I am not attracted to. Yes, buddies, she is overweight but it isn’t the reason. Her body, extra tissue in noticeable places, not my full cup of tea, still my full cup of tea.
She smiles a beautiful smile, light comes out of it, she shares it with every customer, every time. She shares it with her colleagues all day, every day. Beautiful beautiful peacock. The beautiful colourful full of life tone in her voice, absolutely my cup of tea, coffee actually, seldom drink tea.
She is pretty, could be very pretty, just not my learned definition of the word when it comes to a sexual interest perspective. It really is what it is.
Learned definition, my socialising and conditioning, more so my own path and experiences. Beauty to me and you are very different words, you’ll be attracted to people I am not and vice versa.
It can all change, we sit down together and chat, the chat turns into a real conversation and the whole dynamic of our relationship changes. Your physical and my physical cease to exist, the beauty from our beings is expressing itself in the room, nothing else comes into consideration now.
Who we are at our core is the same thing buddies, the most beautiful whatever-name-you-want-to-give-it, we share this together and our world has no boundaries, no limitations, regardless of the shell in front of me.
I know however, from personal experience, that people who look after their frame tend to have a closer connection with themselves, they are more comfortable with sharing it, less boundaries exist from our starting point.
Were I to have a wish for humanity today it is for us all to experience our true being together. That our frames and faces do not matter. Backgrounds, skin and languange, no barrier. But, buddies, they do matter, it is the world we live in, let’s work together with what we have, starting with ourselves.
H2 Oh My God
Who would have thought good buddies that something as simple, and freely available if you are as privileged as me, and well, let’s face it, if you live in Australia you are as privileged as I am, is the ony fluid a body requires. Your level of privilege, like mine Aussies, is already skyscrapers above 33% of the rest of the world.
Everybody in Australia can drink the water out of the tap regardless of your belief towards it. You can drink it, it is safe, it is a heartbreaking luxury we have, fucking appreciate it and stop complaining you pathetic privileged cunts.
In fact, if you are consuming anything other than water you can make significant changes to your health in a heartbeat.
Water is the basic safety necessity of life, the one and only that we voluntarily consume we NEED. So many people do not have access to it. How does it not break your heart as it does mine?
We waste billions on space, on war, trillions and trillions actually, other equally unnecessary things and 33% of the world cannot drink the water out of their taps. Come on protesters, where are your priorities?
My breath is only voluntary to the point I choose to keep it. After this decision I can’t stop it, not until the point I make the other choice, voluntary or involuntary.
Let’s face it good buddies you don’t give me much motivation to hold onto mine, you really don’t, none of you. Bullwinkle does, the beautiful fire beside me does, typing my heart on a keyboard resting on two pieces of wood does, I do. It’s all that matters, I love me enough to try, to live my life, to end it when I choose to. I am free, you are not, it breaks my heart, how does it not break yours?
Water, how does this basic simplicity not break your heart as it does mine?
Coconut water, you do not need it, the one I am drinking now I do not need. It is my first beverage that has not been coffee or water in a month. I will drink it all and enjoy it. I know it is 2.5% sugar, that 225 millilitres, approximately, will contain one teaspoon of sugar. I know I will drink the whole bottle tonight, the one litre bottle, I will consume 4.3 teaspoons, thereabouts, of sugar in the process.
My apple had about three teaspoons of sugar, my three coffees one each, three more. Some sugar in the sauces in dinner tonight, I am pushing 12 teaspoons of sugar today, right on the button of the recommended daily intake. It is a lot of sugar for me.
Take out the coconut water and it is my general day, sometimes exceeded with cereal which comes with my munchies, but generally 8 teaspoons per day.
I feel great all the time, drugs, cigarettes and all. Like imagine the best you have ever felt physically and energetically. Now, try to imagine having ten times the strength, energy and clarity that comes with it, this is me, all the time.
It has to do with two things, the information I have just shared about sugar which translates more broadly to my diet, balanced diet, great foods diet. Fat, salt and sugar included diet. Meat, vegetables, seafood, cockroaches in Asia, Guinea Pigs in South America, a fucking dog if eating means I do not offend the sensitivities of my hosts. I eat anything and everything, it is the perfect diet good buddies. I am sharing it with you in the cooking space.
I move my body, I’m teaching you how I do that here. I have a shitload of fun in the process, the primary teaching in our chat today, love yourself, love your life and everything else, your health, will fall in line.
I, and you, especially your kids do NOT require energy drinks, red bull and all that other rubbish. One 375ml can of coke is 10 teaspoons of sugar, red bull and all the other junk are worse I am pretty sure, whether it be real sugar or pretend sugar. I do not want to look it up, I’m having a good time, we’re having a good time, let’s keep it that way.
Unless you are a PROFESSIONAL athlete you do not need these things. I will very hesitantly remove my rejection should you have just completed a marathon.
A simple balanced diet, like the one I am sharing, is everything the body needs and more to operate at absolute peak capacity. Nothing needs to be added, not a single supplement, especially not this terrible energy drink shit.

There are none, I barely eat beef, didn’t for about five years a while back. Didn’t eat meat at all for 18 months at a time. Survived.
Had some pretty unhealthy months where vegetables and fruits were taken up with steak, potato and beer. Still survived, felt shit but survived.
The evidence available to me tells me that should I not consume water I find myself in a pretty tough place pretty quickly.
My work in the communities, hot and humid as fuck, anyone experienced a Top End buildup to the wet season? Darwin crazy, almost pure insanity for some, is a real thing. Six, eight, ten, one day 16 hours I would walk in this shit, not just walk do physically demanding shit at the same time. The headaches at the end of my trips sometimes were hideous, pure dehydration, the 12 litres of water a day was not enough, I am not sure it was possible to have the bottle in my mouth more than I did.
Dehydration, number one, serious people, serious. Dehydration is serious, get water into you.
It continues from there, we’ll expand later in our relationship, but we all know in the desert without water is not the place you want to be. No food, yeah shit, but weeks shit, not days shit dying the shittest of shit death. That shit death continues for ages good buddies, especially for 65% of you, you’ll be right out there.
But not without water, nuh uh, extra tissue does not translate to morphing into a camel, you gain no special abilities.

Forgot about the milk in my day, full-cream cow’s milk in the coffee, add another four teaspoons. So, in fact, I am right on the sugar recommended levels, I’m having a good amount of sugar. I feel great therefore cool beans.
